We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Expert with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and intelligent systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building chatbots and search engines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end AI solution development and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Build conversational AI systems and chatbots using NLP and LLM frameworks.
  • Develop or enhance search algorithms for data discovery and recommendation.
  • Lead AI system architecture, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Integrate ML pipelines with production systems and ensure performance at scale.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in NLP, LLM tuning, vector databases, embeddings, and conversational AI tools.
  • Proven experience building Search Engines, RAG pipelines, or semantic search.
  • Familiarity with financial domain models (credit scoring, fraud detection, trading algorithms, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience deploying ML models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
