We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at CapSync Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, providing valuable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of data sources.
Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with business units to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within business operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance overall business performance.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Generate and present clear and concise reports to aid in decision-making.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data in a comprehensible manner.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and data models.
- Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Qualification and Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fintech or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
