As a Business Development Representative at CapSync, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified prospects—primarily wealth management firms, outsourced finance teams, lenders, and family offices—introducing them to our core and white-label product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new outbound leads across target segments (RIAs, credit teams, multi-family offices, fintechs).
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to schedule discovery calls and demos.
- Qualify inbound interest and maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to build trust and move them through the funnel.
- Report on KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Stay informed on industry trends in fintech, wealth management, and financial software.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a confident, consultative tone.
- Proven ability to generate interest through personalized outreach.
- Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Bonus if you have exposure to financial products, CRM software, or wealth tech clients.
