Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and engagement
• Own end-to-end content/creative for various social channels
• Increase follower growth for SM channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Create ORM strategy synched with internal stakeholders; own the sentiment
• Analyze metrics to track social media performance, report on key metrics, and adjust social media strategies accordingly; capture highest SOV(share of voice)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and implement best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute/amplify marketing campaigns Develop new strategic alliances with key customers. Own the social media budget

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in driving social media/digital content across Financial/BFSI/Banking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights – Social savvy and passion for social and digital media
• Good knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. Should be updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
