Technical Delivery Manager

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Solution Architect who embodies the perfect blend of technical prowess and visionary leadership. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, design, and implementation of innovative IT solutions. Here are the key responsibilities that the Solution Architect will be expected to fulfill:

Key Responsibilities:

10+ years experience in delivering Full Stack Development, 5+ years of extensive experience in Scrum Master & Agile methodologies & handling Fintech Projects.
Extensive experience in end-to-end delivery in the Product domain in all aspects from Strategy and account planning, roadmaps, maintenance, optimization, upgrades Design.
Grooming the team with technical expertise on various facets as per the requirement of the project
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft the vision and concept of the product
Conducting Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Work with internal and external teams to analyze requirements and align product roadmap to strategic goals,
Work closely with the product management team to create and maintain a product backlog
Technical management of the Product team as well as the prioritization of the backlog

Qualification and Required Skills:

A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT, project management/product management.
Jira Planning & Coordination (Mandatory)
Excellent leadership abilities.
Attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
